RESIDENTIAL HOMES

Supportive Homes, Empowered Lives: Creating Spaces for Growth and Belonging

In our Residential Homes we offer supportive housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It includes two 10-person homes with 24/7 staff supervision, providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. These homes focus on fostering individual growth, promoting independence, and encouraging healthy, well-balanced lifestyles. Residents often engage in meaningful activities, such as daily employment or participating in Day Programs.

The Residential Services program is funded through a grant contract with the State of Tennessee’s Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Key components of residential services include:

  • 24/7 Supervision: Skilled staff members are available around the clock to offer assistance and ensure a secure environment.
  • Personalized Support Plans: Each resident receives tailored care and guidance to meet their specific goals, such as improving daily living skills, developing hobbies, or gaining employment.
  • Community Integration: Opportunities are provided for residents to engage in local activities, programs, and events to enhance their social and life experiences.
  • Skill Development: Focused support helps individuals build independence through training in areas like cooking, money management, and personal care.
  • Holistic Care: These programs prioritize mental and physical health through regular medical appointments, nutritious meals, and recreational activities.

Overall, we aim to provide a dignified, enriching lifestyle in a setting that promotes autonomy and meaningful connections within a community.
