As an Early Intervention Resource Agency through Tennessee\u2019s Early Intervention System (TEIS), we help families navigate resources and equip children with tools to achieve their fullest potential.<\/p><p>Our program is designed for children who qualify under the Department of Education criteria as having developmental delays or learning challenges. Governed by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Early Intervention offers a comprehensive, home-based educational program tailored to the needs of Knox, Blount and Jefferson County families.
